Larry has a varied background which began in the United States Marines. He’s worked as an English teacher in Japan, an English Coordinator for the Japanese Government’s Facility, The Okinawa International Center, and a marketing rep for the Armed Forces Radio & Television Network. In addition to starting two family businesses, he has also worked with former NYC Police Chief, Bill Bratton, in corporate sales of Pre-employment Screening & Background Investigations, and a multitude of other sales positions. Now, with Neo-Sage, he is passing all that knowledge and experience on to you.

Larry is a Board Member of the Association for Corporate Growth (New York) and Chairs their Public Relations Committee. He's an Assistant Director of Business Networking International, a Guest Instructor at Columbia's Graduate School of Business (Social Networking Course), a Guest Instructor at the Fashion Institute of Technology (Branding Course) and the Host of the Ivory Tower Radio Program.

He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from the University of Maryland and lives with his wife and daughters in New York City.

Georgia Kounadis Sage Kounadis joined the Guild to assist its Entrepreneurial clients in expanding their business to the next level. Her specialty focus is small- to medium-sized companies that are ready to take on their next phase of growth but need financing. Georgia’s over 10 years of experience on Wall Street lends her the ability to work with clients on fine-tuning their business plans and identifying various ways to facilitate and finance growth.

Georgia has worked in the Equity Research Department of various Wall Street firms including C.J. Lawrence/Deutsche Bank, Everen Securities, Rodman & Renshaw and other specialty boutiques. Her area of expertise has been the Consumer Industry which includes Global Consumer Products and Services, Apparel and Accessories as well as Toys and the Interactive Entertainment Industry.

Georgia has been quoted in several Newspapers including the Wall Street Journal as well as various magazines. She has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the State University of New York at Stonybrook.
